The New Hog Roast Deluxe is the ouly British Made front of house good looking mobile spit roaster.
With the compact and easy to use controls, accessible roasting area and carving position and the inclusion of the viewing window this new roaster is a must for any hotel or restaurant alfresco dining area or function and indeed regular menu item.
Shown with front lift off cover removed.Covers supplied with wooden handles for comfort and lift off front and back.
Rear double 6kw propane gas burners with independant controls and flame failure device to ensure the gas turns off if the flame goes out.
Can be used to cook up to 100lb (45kilos)Hogs whole lamb turkey venison or joints of meat.
Electric geared drive with additional manual handle in case of power failure. On off controls on drive end.
Main body stainless steel.
When meat is cooked a forward carving position may be used.The drip tray slides out under the meat and may be filled with 10mm of water to keep the meat moist.
The trolley is a heavy duty powder coated steel construction with 5" castors two of which are lockable.The roaster may be lifted off the trolley.
Chicken basket attachments are now available for this model. Roast up to 16 medium sized chickens at one time.

Pig Roaster with NEW Viewing Window

Fully CE approved.

Can be used to cook pigs up to 68kgs (150lb), whole lambs, turkeys, joints of meat, venison etc. At least one customer has cooked a pig weighing 230lb (100kg).

Main body constructed from high grade stainless steel fully welded with drain hole at one end. Removable front and back covers for easy access.

Durable support frame is fitted with 200mm diameter wheels for mobility.

Distance between end plates 1560mm (61" clear).

Electric drive with manual spit handle in case of power failure.

On Off controls on drive end.

Double burners independently controlled, mounted at the rear of the roaster to ensure full control over the cooking process.

Weather cover over drive end.

Flame failure device to ensure safety if the flames go out.

Chicken Baskets

Chicken basket attachment for pig and hog roasters.
The chicken basket attachment uses the spit pole supplied with roaster.

Robust stainless steel construction.

Roasts up to 40 medium chickens at one time, to feed up to 160 customers with a quarter chicken.

Baskets hook on to the spit pole.

All parts are quickly and easily dismantled for cleaning.

Other uses:
Baked potatoes, approx 120 to 150 per batch depending on size.

Roast corn cobs, approx 300 per batch.

The versatile cooking system may be mixed ie. 20 chickens with spit roasting pig in the other half.
