PIG ROASTER TRAILER

Our new pig or hog roaster carrying Trailer is designed to carry a maximum of 600kg. and weighs 100kg.

The weight of the pig roaster is 85kg and the weight of the pig or hog is 90 kg. so the trailer is well on top of requirements.

The use of a trailer allows the chef to cook at home and then transport the cooked animal a few miles to the place where it is to be eaten. This allows more flexibility for chefs who own pubs for instance when they can supervise the cooking whilst running the pub. Since a large pig takes 6 to 6.5 hours to cook it can be time consuming if carried out on site when a busy chef can be doing other things.

The trailer also frees up van space especially if tables and chairs and cooking appliances are to be transported.

Overall size of trailer 145 cms wide  x  260cms long.

The pig roaster needs strapping down before towing.
